Jo Johnson

Director

Jo joined the company in 2011 and is part of Management team alongside Lucy Hopkins. Specifically, Jo is responsible for Sales as well as looking after some key customer accounts.

Lucy Hopkins

Director

Lucy joined the company in 2010 and is part of the new Management team alongside Jo Johnson. Specifically, Lucy oversees Marketing, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard and HR, as well as looking after Key customer accounts.

Julia Dorman

Administration Manager

Julia joined Phoenix in 1989 and has worked in various departments throughout the Company giving her a wealth of expertise in all facets of the company's operation.

Lindsey Hulme

Accounts

Lindsey joined Phoenix in 1995 and handles all aspects of the company's accounts.

John Hopkins

Operations Manager

John joined the company in 2014 and is responsible for purchasing, project management and financial analysis.

Frances Shuttlewood

Administration Assistant

Frances joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for general administration, specifically the ISO14001:2015 environmental management system and sales projects.

Factory Manager - Danny Baker

Danny joined Phoenix in 2014 as a trainee and has worked his way through various roles, before becoming Factory Manager in 2025. As well as being an ADR Driver, Danny also holds a Certificate of Technical Competence.
