Recognising quality as an essential pre-requisite when conducting business today, Phoenix County Metals gained accreditation to BSI ISO 9001 standard in 1998. We seek to continually improve our service to customers and welcome feedback in order that we may focus our attention to their needs.
It is an objective of the company to seek continual improvement in all aspects of service quality and to ensure that all contracts are completed to meet our customers’ needs and expectations. The Company Policy and Objectives are reviewed at our Management Review Meetings for suitability. Goals are set, actions for improvement identified and their implementation planned.
Employee training and the regular reviewing and updating of our Quality Management System is of the utmost importance and will ensure that our objectives continue to be met in the most cost effective manner.
