We were recently asked to sample some Gold plated Copper (as pictured). We’ve seen similar material in the past, usually worth a few pounds per kilo, but this particular batch was incredibly good!
Our customer was over the moon that we were able to pay them a substantial amount of money for a mere 1.5kg sample!
It just goes to show that you never can tell the true value of material by eye!
